Three ways in
Annual timetable construction
We build or improve your annual timetable in the system your school already uses. Working with your team, we handle option blocks, teacher contact time, rooming and the trade-offs between them. We agree the scope, key dates and information needed before work begins.
Moving to cloud-based scheduling
We migrate schools onto Atlantis: cloud-based scheduling covering timetabling, daily cover, options selection and exams.
Two ways to take it. Onboarding: we implement, configure and train your team, and hand over a system they run themselves. Onboarding and construction: we do both, and build the timetable in Atlantis each year.
Your school licenses Atlantis directly from the provider. The platform is hosted in Australia under Atlantis’s security arrangements. Atlantis pays Edsol Asia a commission for implementing and supporting it. The Atlantis licence price is the same whether you approach Atlantis directly or through Edsol Asia. We set out any separate Edsol Asia service fees before you commit, and agree whether your team will run the system or we will provide ongoing support.
A complete rebuild
Occasionally a school needs more than a better timetable. It needs a different structure. We work with your leadership team and the staff affected to model the options before building the new structure. Our founder has worked through two complete rebuilds at West Island School. If your leadership team is contemplating a rebuild, or you are opening a school and building the structure for the first time, that is a conversation worth having early.
Timetabling experience since 2010
Our founder, Mike Williams, built the timetable at West Island School for 16 years, including two complete rebuilds. We bring that practical experience to the curriculum, staffing and timetable decisions facing your school.
